The location of the hotel was great, very central and close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of options. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city from the window.
There were a lot of negatives that overshadowed the positives. The bathroom was poorly equipped, lacking basic amenities like a hairdryer.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Despite arriving late, the staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple, yet quite nice. The location of this hotel is also something to note, as it is quite near to the village and easy to access transportation.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a pleasant experience. the breakfast and dinner menu offered a good variety of dishes and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and ski rental shops. the fireplace in the common room created a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.
The rooms were a bit outdated and the mattresses were uncomfortable. the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a disappointment, and the signal was weak in common areas.
